Lord Teverson is the Liberal Democrats Spokesperson for Energy & Climate Change in the House of Lords.

He was elected as MEP for Cornwall and West Plymouth in 1994. He was Chief Whip of the European Liberal Democrats and was Chairman of Finance South West Ltd.
